During the sessions, I will accompany and guide you through your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and memories. Together, we will explore your experiences and the challenges you face, adopting a new perspective.

As part of the strategic systemic approach, I will sometimes offer you “therapeutic tasks,” small exercises to be completed between sessions to help you integrate the benefits of therapy into your daily life.

Through our work together, you will learn to (re)discover and appreciate yourself with objectivity and kindness. This will enable you to overcome your anxieties and begin to take care of yourself.
