Feeling stressed, tired, or anxious? Struggling to manage your emotions? Seeking to regain self-confidence and clarity? Experiencing challenges in your relationships – be it with family, your partner, or colleagues?
I will be happy to assist you in overcoming these obstacles, (re)connecting with yourself, and discovering solutions to help you feel better. I provide support for both teenagers and adults, on an individual or couple basis. Sessions are available in French or English.
During the sessions, I will accompany and guide you through your emotions, thoughts, feelings, and memories. Together, we will explore your experiences and the challenges you face, adopting a new perspective.
As part of the strategic systemic approach, I will sometimes offer you “therapeutic tasks,” small exercises to be completed between sessions to help you integrate the benefits of therapy into your daily life.
Through our work together, you will learn to (re)discover and appreciate yourself with objectivity and kindness. This will enable you to overcome your anxieties and begin to take care of yourself.
Sessions can be held in our offices in Woluwé-Saint-Lambert or Zaventem, via video consultation from the comfort of your home, or amidst the refreshing ambiance of the Forêt de Soignes!
An individual session lasts just under an hour, while a couple session runs for 80 minutes. Sessions are usually spaced out over one or two weeks. The duration of the therapy and the number of sessions depend on your needs and objectives.
