Re-connexion is born from the synergy of two individuals who are deeply passionate about the human being, its resources, and its capacity for evolution.

Our mission is to guide those seeking to (re-)connect with themselves and their aspirations, to rediscover the harmonious balance between mind and body, and to foster healthier relationships with the world around them. We empower individuals to journey towards physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our diverse backgrounds, talents, and experiences are our greatest strengths.

Laura Degallaix

Psychotherapist | Professional coach

I provide psychological support utilising conversational hypnosis and systemic strategic therapy techniques. My aim is to help individuals gain deeper self-awareness and regain control over their lives and destinies. Additionally, I offer assistance to employees and managers in their professional growth and in navigating workplace relationships.

My journey into therapy stemmed from a passion for psychology and personal development, cultivated during my career as an environmental protection specialist. Working with various European NGOs, I found fulfillment in leading teams and supporting colleagues in their personal and professional journeys.

I underwent training in Ericksonian hypnosis under the guidance of a clinical psychologist in Namur, followed by studies in systemic and strategic brief therapy at the Virages training center in Louvain-la-Neuve. I further expanded my expertise through training in “walk and talk therapy” led by psychologist and psychotherapist Dimitri Haikin, founder of Walk your Mind. These sessions take place in the forest, allowing for movement and connection with nature to complement the therapeutic process.

Discovering naturopathy and its benefits was a profound revelation for me. Its holistic approach resonated deeply with my background in pharmacy, motor sciences, and dietetics. I realised that body and mind are deeply interconnected, and that any imbalance between the two can be at the root of disorders and illnesses.

This realisation ignited a newfound purpose in my life and career. I trained in naturopathy at the Institut Européen de Médecine Naturelle (IEMN) and in nutritherapy at the Centre de Formation de Nutrithérapie Appliquée.
