For which disorders?

In addition to disease prevention, I work on a wide range of disorders, including those that accompany allopathic medicine. This includes:

  • hormonal disorders linked to different phases of life (e.g. adolescence, pregnancy, menopause, andropause)
  • disorders linked to stress or anxiety, burnout, or depression.
  • eating disorders
  • immune system problems, including those caused by autoimmune disease
  • musculoskeletal disorders
  • cancer prevention or accompaniment (as complement to conventional medicine)

What happens during the consultation?

The first consultation enables us to analyse your needs and determine the objectives of your support program. We consider your habits, lifestyle, diet and medical history. Whenever possible, I recommend that you bring the reports of any recent medical examinations that might be useful. This first consultation lasts an hour and a quarter.

Following this initial session, I develop a personalised support programme with recommendations, including nutritherapy and phytotherapy, in a caring, non-judgmental approach.

Follow-up consultations last forty-five minutes and are devoted to monitoring and making any necessary adjustments to your programme. The number of consultations depends on the objectives you have set and how your physical and mental state is progressing.
