Outdoor therapy: Walk, talk and transform your well-being! 🌳
Are you based in Brussels and love exploring its parks and forests from time to time? Perhaps you’re familiar with the Rouge-Cloître and its mysteries? How about trying something new by combining all this with therapy? Join me for a unique therapeutic adventure where nature becomes our ally on the path to better mental and emotional health!
Why opt for Walk & Talk Therapy?
Imagine a therapy session where the office walls are replaced by the majestic trees of the Forest of Soignes. For those dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, or simply those looking to get some fresh air and feel good, Walk & Talk Therapy is the ideal solution!
Benefits to explore:
Nature offers numerous benefits for our mental health:
Stress Relief: Walking in nature calms the mind and helps release built-up tension.
Intimacy and Freedom: For those finding office environments too confining, this approach offers an open space to feel comfortable and secure.
A Dash of Adventure: Sometimes, spontaneity outdoors can unleash creativity and offer a fresh perspective on life’s challenges.
Nature has much to offer, and this is just the beginning!
What you’ll experience:
Together, we’ll explore the winding trails of the Rouge-Cloître, where each session may bring magical encounters with local wildlife and unexpected moments that nurture the soul. Sessions last one hour and are priced just like an office session. Group sessions can also be arranged upon request.
Come rain or shine, we’re prepared to face the elements with our walking shoes, ready to venture towards improved emotional well-being and lasting happiness.
Practical information:
Individual therapeutic hiking sessions last just under an hour and are priced at €65, in line with office consultation rates. Group sessions can also be arranged upon request, offering an even more enriching experience.
To fully enjoy this experience, we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes and bringing a small backpack with a water bottle and tissues. Given Belgium’s unpredictable weather, it’s wise to prepare for rain.
Please note that therapeutic hiking sessions take place in all weather conditions, except in the event of parks and forests being closed by competent authorities. Cancellation terms are the same as for office consultations: please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Psssssst… Curious to learn more about outdoor therapy?
If you’re interested, you’ll find plenty of information on the benefits of outdoor therapy online. I recommend checking out this article from Practical Health or one from National Geographic. You can also listen to the moving story of Marie-France L’Ecuyer, who left everything behind to reconnect with herself and nature after her mother’s cancer diagnosis. And of course, keep an eye on the activities of the Walk your Mind network in Belgium, with whom we collaborate!
