Workshops
Workshops to nurture wellbeing and foster personal growth
We organise workshops for individuals and organisations, covering themes related to holistic health, prevention of physical, emotional and professional imbalances, and supporting personal and professional transitions.
Our approach is based on compassionate listening, an integrative therapeutic vision, and respect for the uniqueness of each person.
Most of our workshops last a few hours up to a full day, depending on the topic and your needs. Some formats take the form of full-day or longer training sessions to explore subjects in greater depth.

A variety of themes, tailored to your needs
We offer themed workshops or co-create customised content, according to your requirements.
Here are some examples of the topics we regularly explore:
- Managing your emotions in daily life
- Preventing burnout and rediscovering meaning at work
- Communicating assertively and confidently
- Learning to say no without guilt
- Aligning personal and professional life: listening to yourself, refocusing
- Towards a healthy, balanced diet
- Regaining restful sleep with natural solutions
- Caring for your health with essential oils
A complementary and integrated approach
Workshops are either co-led or delivered individually, depending on the topics and your needs.
For example, a workshop on stress management might combine:
- Therapeutic discussions to better understand emotional mechanisms and boost self-esteem,
- Practical naturopathic advice to restore physical balance through natural tools (herbs, nutrition, reflexology, etc.).
We believe in the complementarity of approaches to support the whole person.

How does it work in practice?
Our workshops are designed to be informative, interactive, and respectful of everyone’s pace.
They are intended for small groups to ensure quality exchange (typically 3 to 10 participants).
Sessions usually last a few hours up to a full day, depending on the theme, format and context.
They take place:
- At our practice in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert,
- On-site in your organisation,
- Or occasionally at partner venues (shops, wellbeing spaces, etc.).
You will find examples of past and upcoming workshops through our flyers available here.
